Terms for using Zombie Trend AI's AI video generation service.
These terms apply when you use Zombie Trend AI to create AI-generated videos. By using the service, you agree to follow them and applicable law.
Accounts and Credits
Sign-in is required to create and keep videos. Credit-pack prices and the credit cost for each generation are shown before purchase or creation. Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, and credits do not expire. Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically.
Photos and Permission
You must have the right and permission to submit every photo. Use only your own photos, your own pet's photos, or photos of adults who agreed to appear. Do not submit photos of children, celebrities, or other public figures. You retain ownership of submitted content and give us permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to generate and deliver your requested video.
AI-Generated Content
Videos are fictional, AI-generated media, not recordings of real events. Results can vary and may not preserve every detail of the source photos. Review a video before sharing it, and follow the labeling and content rules of any platform where you post it.
Prohibited Use
Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, mislead or harass someone, bypass service limits, or interfere with the service or its security.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change these terms or service features; the current terms will be posted here.
