Refund Policy
Credit-pack purchases and failed video-generation refunds for Zombie Trend AI.
Zombie Trend AI sells one-time credit packs. There is no recurring subscription, and purchased credits do not expire.
Failed Generations
If a video generation fails, the credits for that request are returned to your account automatically. If the credits do not appear, contact support@aizombietrend.app with your account email and video task ID.
Purchase or Billing Issues
If you believe a payment was incorrect or need help with a purchase, email support@aizombietrend.app with the account email and Stripe receipt or payment reference. We will review the request and respond. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law; approved payment refunds are sent to the original payment method, and processing time depends on the payment provider.
Changes
We may update this policy when our credit or billing practices change. Questions can be sent to support@aizombietrend.app.
